The following discipline topics (Trends and Challenges) will be addressed in the theoretical lesson: i) Aquaculture Challenges - Overview; ii) Trends - Aquaponics vs Mainstream Aquaculture; iii) Aquainov project and iv) Aquaculture “out of the box” approach. Two videos [entitled “Aquaponics Farm - Texas (USA)” and “Saltwater Veggies”] addressing the theme of the T lesson will be presented. The T lesson will be presented by Dr Tiago Repolho. An invited speaker, i.e., Dr João Chambel (TMC Iberia) will perform an oral presentation on the topic "The importance of biological optimized light". The T lesson will be held at Laboratório Marítimo da Guia (LMG, Cascais).
