Protein contents of catalase extracts

Dear studants,

Protein contents of catalase extracts, determined by Bradford method, was up-load in the session "Practical classes".

Using the soluble protein content determined (mg total soluble protein/ mL extract), the apparent catalase activity can be expressed.
