Introduction to the theoretical-practical course

Presentation of the program covering exercises on topics based on carbohydrate structure and nomenclature, literature search and discussion of papers to support the critical review writing (15 to 30 pages) and the seminar preparation (15 min). The latter is illustrative of an oral communication on a topic covered by the critical review. The evaluation of both the oral presentation and the written report contributes to 40% of the final classification.
