Finalization of the Lisbon-Porto exercise, comparison and discussion of Tier 1, 2 and 3 approaches versus standard emissions. Microsimulation models when GPS-Global Positioning Systems info is available. ADVISOR (Matlab-Simulink) and AVL-Cruise (Phyton).
