The following discipline topic (Target species - Biomodels) was addressed in the theoretical lesson: i) Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar); ii) Zebrafish (Danio rerio) and iii) African Clawed Frog (Xenopus laevis). The lesson was presented by Dr Tiago Repolho. Dr Vanessa Letria (MARE/FCUL) performed an invited oral presentation under the topic "Cephalopod aquaculture: Difficulties, bottlenecks and success stories". Dr Sandra Melo (MARE/FCUL) performed an invited oral presentation under the topic "Zebrafish: Practical examples of a model organism".
