·      Calculate transepithelial resistance (Rte) and short-circuit current (Isc) using Ohm’s Law: V=IR

·      Use LabChart to retrieve all data for calculations in Excel

1.     Measure Vte for all responses to compounds  = transepithelial voltage

2.     Measure ∆Vte for all responses to compounds = ∆ transepithelial voltage

 

·      What is the result? Interpretation of results obtained with the Ussing chamber experiment
