Clarification on topics of last class. Spectra form different natural and artificial sources and relation to absorption spectra of Si and Ge. Impact of spectra representation (wavelength or frequency or spatial frequency) on radiometric equations.

Sensitivity function of different sensors (+filters): the eye, specific astronomical photometric systems. Visual photometry, CIE Standard Luminosity curve. The Lumen. Photometric quantities and their radiometric counterparts. Short reference to old, historical photometric units. Luminous efficiency: definition and examples. 

Lambertian sources, relation M(L) for Lambertian sources and cos variation of the intensity from Lambertian sources.
